Event Description:
Join Keri Kenney, RYT500, as she guides us through a mindful introduction to the seven main chakras through lecture, discussion, personal and experiential exercises, and practice. This workshop is intended to give participants confidence and connection as we explore the chakras and how they influence our health and wellbeing. Learn where each chakra is located within the body, how they can be accessed, and why it is essential we know and care for the energetic parts of who we are. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary for this workshop. Dress comfortably and bring materials for note-taking.
