Event Description:
This workshop, led by Keri Kenney, RYT500, YACEP, Laura Vosejpka, RYT200, and ceramicist Melinda Gaal, will embrace a deeper connection between the chakras and creativity and individual truth, passion, and grace. We will begin with a gentle practice, accessible to all participants, that will awaken our energetic centers as we connect to our chakras and our creativity. Each participant will have the opportunity to create a personalized totem reflecting their own relationship to their energetic centers and the environment. Keri will lead us through a guided discussion of the energetic centers while Mel will help us with totem creation. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary for this workshop. Dress comfortably for movement AND art. All artistic materials will be provided.
