Are you running your business or is it running you?

Many of the most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders work longer hours and get less return on their investments of time and money.

Maybe you grapple with some of these challenges:
-Lack of control over time, markets or your company.
-People who don't listen, understand, or follow through.
-Profit that's inconsistent and/or there's not enough.
-Growth is happening, but you can't break through to the next level.
-Quick fixes that come and go, bringing little change with continued frustrations.

Don't let your business run you!
Get a Grip on Your Business.

About the Presenters
Rachel Johnson

Rachel has always had a passion for growing and developing leaders & organizations. She has held a variety of key leadership positions and has played an integral role in turning organizations around, positioning them for growth. Rachel was introduced to EOS approximately 6 years ago when she hired an Implementer to turn her organization around. She continued to migrate EOS down into the organization for 4 years before taking her own entrepreneurial leap. Rachel understands what it feels like to hit a ceiling, whether as an individual, a department or a company as a whole. She knows what it takes to break through those ceilings and continue to make forward progress focusing on the vision, traction and health of the organization. Rachel’s unique background in psychology brings skills and knowledge around organizational leadership to help teams dig deeper, identifying the issues at the root while fostering healthy communication throughout the team.

Andrew Wiess
Andy was born and raised on a farm in Mid-Michigan. It was here that his parents taught him the value of hard work and having to “earn it”.  He has used these values throughout his career.  From starting his first business at the age of 20 to put himself through college, to his career as a CPA working with other entrepreneurs and small businesses, to being an owner and part of the leadership team of a plastics manufacturing company. From these, he experienced the thrill of entrepreneurship. The highs and the lows, but most importantly, the opportunities to solve problems, improve lives, and build relationships.  With this he realized that the entrepreneurial journey takes more than hard work and good intentions to get what you want from the business.  In 2016, the book Traction and EOS opened his eyes to the system and process that partnered with those good intentions and hard work. From there Andy and the leadership team went to work to create a strong Vision to rally around, Traction to execute on the vision, and a Healthy team of the right people to unlock the endless potential. EOS has shown him how all three of these, together, can transform a business and its leadership team. From that point, he wanted to share this system with as many entrepreneurs, businesses, and teams as possible.
