Healing Through the Chakras: Trauma, Loss & Grief

This trauma informed chakra series created and shared by Keri Kenney, RYT500, YACEP, will utilize the Chakra system as a healing framework and guide as we go deeper into our energetic bodies, stories, and scars, discovering the effects that trauma, grief, and loss have on our systems. The practices of yoga asana, pranayama, shared story, and conscious community will give participants space for deeper connection and compassion in support of authentic and aligned healing. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary for this workshop. Dress comfortably and bring materials for note-taking and a mat for yoga if you have one.
