The Dow Championship, official LPGA Tour tournament. The tournament will feature a full field of 144 of the world’s most talented female golfers, paired up in 72 two-player teams. Teams will play a 72-hole, stroke play format, competing in alternating rounds of Foursome (alternate shot), where each teammate alternates hitting the same ball, and Four-Ball (best ball) where teammates each play their own ball. The top 70 LPGA ranked players will have the opportunity to select any LPGA member in good standing as their teammate.
