Ali has over 10 years of experience in the HR Industry! She has held positions in Benefits Administration, Global Compensation Management & HR Management, just to name a few. She has worked for a variety of companies including Dow Chemical, Alma College & Chemical Bank. Ali has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Alma College. (Go Scots!)
Outside of work, Ali is also a Certified Fitness & Yoga instructor, and serves as a Midland Business Alliance Ambassador. She spends her free time with her rescue dog, Baxter, & loves exploring all the local businesses in the Tri-City area!
