Family & Children's Services is seeking a part-time, temporary event planner to assist with planning and coordinating our annual fundraising gala in February 2027. The ideal candidate will have experience planning events, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, soliciting donors for auction items, overseeing event logistics, and working collaboratively with volunteers and staff. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are necessary, as this role will identify, solicit, and secure additional event sponsors, auction items, and community support. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours through the completion of the event.
