Each Qdoba restaurant showcases food that celebrates Qdoba's passion for ingredients, a menu full of innovative flavors, handcrafted preparation and inviting service. The Midland Qdoba is a franchise unit owned by Southwind Restaurants, LLC, a locally owned and operated restaurant company established in 1999. Southwind's owners, Greg Johnroe and Kevin Egnatuk are both Michigan natives.
