We are Midland Michigan's first Nano-brewery/distillery, or as we call it, ''Brewstillery.'' Using Michigan sourced ingredients (as much as possible) and mingling beer, spirits, and eventually wine and other options.
We are John Levy, Kevin Thurow, Candy Newcomb, Derek Evans, and Jamie Daws. Collectively we have 15+ years of brewing experience and even longer in running small businesses. We are a diverse set of partners, each bringing their own skill sets to the table. Together, the Three Bridges team makes up a customer-centric team that will strive to support other local business, farmers, and the community. Currently we produce all of our beer and seltzers ourselves as well as Vodka using wheat sourced from within 20 miles. We also offer Gin and Rye whiskey which we source from another Midwest distillery until we can expand our own operations to be able to produce them. We strive to have 10 taps of beer and 2 seltzers as well as a diverse and unique mix of cocktails. We also support local bands by having live music most Friday and Saturday evenings. We have a limited snack option menu, but partner with our neighbor Pizza Baker to serve pizza during their hours of operation.
