1st State Bank Welcomes Ashley Kubacki & Paige LaPeen as Mortgage Loan Officers
SAGINAW, MI – 1st State Bank is pleased to announce the expansion of its mortgage lending team with the addition of Ashley Kubacki and Paige LaPeen as Mortgage Loan Officers. Both bring a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to guiding borrowers through the home financing process.
Ashley Kubacki brings a well-rounded background in financial services, beginning her mortgage lending career in 2022 after five years in the insurance industry, most recently serving as Mortgage Lending Officer at Jolt Credit Union. Her diverse background in customer service equips her to provide thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance throughout the home financing process. Ashley is a resident of Saginaw County and an engaged member of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, and the Midland Business Alliance.
Paige LaPeen joins the Bank with over eight years of experience in mortgage lending, most recently serving as a Mortgage Lending Officer at Mercantile Bank. Her depth of knowledge and customer-focused approach ensure a smooth and informed experience for borrowers at every stage of the home buying process. A resident of Midland County, Paige is actively involved in the community through the Midland Business Alliance and MyPros. She also serves on the board of Family & Children’s Services of Mid-Michigan and is a committee member for the Midland Board of Realtors.
