CDI to Hold Grand Opening of New, Larger Engineering Center in Midland

 
CDI Engineering Solutions, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm specializing in the design and maintenance of industrial facilities, announced it has moved to a new larger office space based upon growth in the Midland market.  “CDI has been supporting industrial clients in Midland for almost 20 years. After the uncertain period in 2020 due to COVID, our clients are beginning to invest in new production capabilities and upgrades to their existing plants.  It is an exciting time,” remarked Darvin DeBolt, CDI’s Midland Site Manager and 16 year CDI employee.
 
The new facility is located within Bierlein Companies, Inc., James Savage building visible from James Savage Rd and the US 10 Business loop in Midland.  CDI more than tripled its space from its nearby previous office.  “With our expansion, CDI now has engineers and designers from every discipline needed to support a complex industrial project,” said Steve Karlovic, CEO of CDI Engineering Solutions.  “Our local team can also draw on other CDI engineering centers with more than 500 engineers, designers, project management and construction management experts.  We are excited to be more and more involved in our Midland clients’ important capital projects,” continued Karlovic.
 
The Midland Business Alliance will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House for CDI at the new facility on Thursday, August 26, from 4 - 7:30pm. CDI clients, prospective clients, employees, prospective employees and their families are invited to attend.
