The Midland Walk to End Alzheimer's is returning to Dow Diamond's front lawn on Saturday, October 3rd! Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. By the numbers: 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia, more than 7 million Americans are living with the disease, and healthcare costs for people living with dementia are projected to reach nearly $1 trillion by 2050.
