Kyle brings more than 20 years of construction-industry experience to SME, having held many titles and positions throughout his career. His extensive knowledge of operations and production makes him a valuable addition to our team.
One of the things Kyle appreciates most about Storm Master Exteriors is our customer-first mentality and the care we demonstrate from the moment someone calls for an estimate or inspection. He shares our belief that every customer deserves to be heard, respected and guided through the process.
Kyle enjoys the fast-paced nature of his position because there is always something to solve, improve or fix. Whether he is working in the field or in the office, he brings a teamwork mentality to every situation. He works well with employees at every level and builds positive relationships with our customers.
Teamwork and quality workmanship are always top of mind for Kyle. He communicates expectations, offers encouragement with a smile and takes the time to explain the “why” behind the work. Kyle is helping shape and strengthen our workforce one step at a time. When things get busy or unexpected challenges arise, he is a team member everyone can count on.
When Kyle is not working, he enjoys using his smoker to create delicious meals, race cars and spending time with his family.
