Wildfire Credit Union Celebrates CU Kind Day by Delivering Snack Baskets to Local First Responders

In Celebration of CU Kind Day, Wildfire Credit Union was proud to show appreciation to area first responders by delivering snack baskets to various fire departments, police stations, and various emergency service personnel throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. CU Kind Day was celebrated with credit unions around the world, joining forces to spread kindness and give back to local communities.

Wildfire staff personally delivered the snack baskets, which were filled with a variety of snacks, drinks, and other goodies to keep first responders fueled for their shifts. This gesture was a small token of appreciation for their dedication and bravery to serving their communities and keeping citizens safe.

Ben Denay, President and CEO of Wildfire commented, “We are honored to serve those who serve our local communities and beyond. Our first responders work tirelessly to protect our communities, and we hope the snack baskets bring a little joy and a reminder of how much they are appreciated.”

CU Kind Day reflects the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and provides credit unions an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Wildfire Credit Union is committed to supporting local initiatives, fostering community spirit, and finding ways to spread kindness.
