Name: 2025 September Issues and Answers: From Petitions to Ballots
Date: September 16, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM - 9:15 AM EDT
Registration: Sorry, public registration for this event has been closed.
Event Description:

This virtual program will offer a look at potential ballot proposals that may appear on the November 2026 ballot. So, why are we looking at this now, when that election is more than a year away?... Because you may be approached--if you haven't already--by individuals collecting signatures to get those questions onto the ballot.

Wendy Block of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce will help us unpack what ballot questions are being pursued and why it matters to businesses in Michigan. Most importantly, your signature has never been more valuable than it is this summer and fall, while petitioners are out with their clipboards. You need to know what potential ballot questions are before you sign any petition.

We are pleased to offer this virtual webinar, featuring Wendy Block, Senior Vice President of Business Advocacy for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, as our keynote presenter for this special Issues and Answers.

Special thanks to Warner Norcross + Judd, LLP for their ongoing sponsorship of our 2025 Issues & Answers programming.

Thanks also to our 2025 Diamond and Platinum Sponsors for their additional support.
