Event Description:
Cardio drumming is a full body workout using a bucket, a stability ball and a set of drumsticks. All levels and ages are welcome to attend. Bring your own equipment or you can rent equipment for $5.00. Class cost is by donation for those that can afford it, this allows us to offer it free for those that can’t.
