Professional Development Collective presents:  Goal Setting, Efficacy & Their Relationship to Visioning

Join your fellow small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professional development collective members for a learning session on goal setting, efficacy and how they relate to visioning.

We are kicking off with something relevant to us all - Visioning a desired future. You hear it all the time - “It all starts with a Vision.” and that may even be true.

Coming up with a Vision sound easy enough, so why do people still struggle discovering what they want and making it happen? If you’re trying to get a grip on what you’re reaching for, this is the time and place to be.

This series is for anyone that wants to become better in their workplace, and to help workplaces become better for their people.

Whether for yourself, your team, or your organization, you will leave with new & better ways to optimize your success.

What’s in it for You
