Dow Memorial Library in Midland, Michigan, for an insightful housing event co-hosted by Housing Forward, Midland Business Alliance, and United Way of Midland County. Gain valuable insights from expert discussions and a keynote by Charles Marohn of Strong Towns on tackling the root causes of America’s housing crises and building resilient, community-driven solutions.

The program begins at 9:00 a.m. with a Housing Spectrum Panel moderated by Holly Miller, followed by a fireside chat on Master Planning & Zoning at 9:45 a.m. A short break and "Topic Walk" at 10:05 a.m. will allow participants to explore housing ideas, before the 10:15 a.m. keynote by Charles Marohn on escaping the housing trap, featuring a Q&A session. The event concludes at 11:30 a.m.
