These focus group-style sessions are designed to ensure the RAD Talent initiative stays connected to the real experiences and perceptions of those living and working in Midland.

We want your input on questions like:

  • What keeps you here in Midland?
  • What do we do well — and where can we improve?
  • What would make you want to stay — or leave?
  • What opportunities would help you feel more engaged at work and in your community?

Your feedback will directly impact how we shape future strategies to improve the experience of young professionals throughout Midland County, both in and out of work.
