Searching for Snow! Winter Snowshoe Adventure
Event Description:

Using snowshoes, explore the winter wilderness of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula! Led by Camp Director Steve Frisbee and Adventure Trip Leader Emily Osborne, the group will search for snow and travel no more than two and a half hours to have a snowshoeing adventure. Depending on where the snow is, we may travel to Hartwick Pines to the North, Nordhouse Dunes to the West, or Port Crescent to the East; we will search high and low to find the snow!

Pack a lunch, water bottle, snacks, and weather-appropriate clothing. Transportation is provided. The group will stop for a quick meal at a local restaurant before returning. Please indicate whether you need to borrow snowshoes.
