Yoga with the Seasons
Event Description:

Join us for a monthly yoga session at CNC! Come and connect as we flow through poses synced with the season's rhythm. We will reflect on a short journal prompt followed by gentle movement. Plan to bring a yoga mat and journal.  Open to all levels - no experience necessary. Meet at the Visitor Center.
