The workplace is NOT what it used to be...People are staying past their prime, the corporate ladder has crumbled, college grads have job titles that sound like something out of a science fiction movie and have nothing to do with their actual jobs, and everyone’s on their devices. Family Businesses are more age-diverse than ever, with five generations working side-by-side: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z.
Co-authors of Generations Inc. and father-daughter team Meagen and Larry Johnson will decode each generation in the workforce, enabling everyone to communicate successfully across generations to achieve financial success and personal growth and enrich company morale. Understanding and embracing generational diversity is not just beneficial; it's crucial to overcoming challenges and fostering harmony in your multi-generational family business.
