2-1-1 Northeast Michigan

2-1-1 Northeast Michigan is a non-profit agency committed to using the 2-1-1 dialing code to enhance and strengthen access to health and human service resources in Northeast Michigan. The agency is designated as one of eight regional 2-1-1 centers within Michigan. Availability of the high quality 2-1-1 information and referral system throughout Michigan supports agencies and the community. 2-1-1 is an efficient solution that eliminates the confusing and often overwhelming maze of information and services for people who need help or desire to give help. 2-1-1 also offers social service providers help for their clients, and gives organizations who are dedicated to providing assistance a way to enhance their impact and maximize their resources through donations and volunteering.
MISSION: The mission of 2-1-1 Northeast Michigan is to connect people with community wide health and human services resources to build healthy safe communities in Northeast Michigan.
VISION: Our vision is clear- 2-1-1 Northeast Michigan will be the most recognized, used and comprehensive source of essential community information and referrals in Northeast Michigan. The center will add value by promoting self-reliance and building stronger communities daily, and in times of emergency.
