The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) of Midland County was chartered in 1995 and became a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation in 1997 to serve the need of producing affordable housing opportunities.

Basic Information
AHA has 94 townhouses and duplexes across the county that are rented out at below-market rates to households that make between 30-50% of Midland’s median income. Current rental rates vary from $350- $750 a month. There is a waitlist, however there is no application fee and all are encouraged to apply if interested. AHA is not subsidized; the only income received is the low rent charged, and community donations.
