The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) of Midland County was chartered in 1995 and became a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation in 1997 to serve the need of producing affordable housing opportunities.

All Midland County residents have safe, affordable housing as they improve their qualify of life and continue to work on reaching their fullest potential.
Basic Information
AHA has 94 units across the county that are rented out at low rates to households who make between 30-50% of Midland’s median income. Current rental rates vary from $350- $750 a month. There is a waitlist, ?however there is no application fee and all are encouraged to apply if interested. AHA is not subsidized; the only income received is the below-market rent charged, which is why donations are so important to the organization.
