Beatniks is a restaurant with bar in exciting, beautiful Downtown Midland. We are stripping things back to the tried and true basics of good food, good drinks, good service, in a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere. We provide the perfect complement to our downtown neighbors. While it's undeniable that there is a niche and patron for craft cocktails and paninis, Beatniks will be your destination for elevated comfort food, a stylish laid-back atmosphere, and an array of beer, wine, and spirits on the rocks (because we don't own a blender.....it's too loud!). Prepared offerings will be dishes that owner and restauranteur, Nick Alfano, has been ''food sharing'' with locals for many years.
