    CCM provides County wide public transportation for Midland County as well as connecting regional rides with Bay Metro, Gladwin, Mt. Pleasant, STARS (Saginaw) and Clare County when rides have been prearranged with these counties.
    New Freedom Service for medical appointments outside of Midland Co. can be requested by calling CCM. Reserved for seniors and Veterans.
