Lead

Lead is a Michigan-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps youth and families build the everyday skills they need to build confidence, strengthen communication, support wellbeing and plan for their future.

Youth and families often face situations that require steady support, clear guidance, and tools that meet them where they are. Since 2019, Lead’s evidence-based programs have supported over 13,000 individuals. These skills often mean the difference between staying stuck and stepping forward, between surviving and thriving.
