MAREIA - Midland Area Real Estate Investors Association

MAREIA (Midland Area Real Estate Investors Association) is a NON-PROFIT group of landladies/lords who meet on the second Tuesday of the month to network, be educated, supported through speakers and programs geared towards helping us develop more effective landlord/tenant relationships and keeping us current on laws and policies governing the rental real estate business. We also advocate on issues affecting the rental business.

Our membership has expanded to include contractors, property managers and realtors. We currently have approximately 80 members. Note: We do not offer legal advice or provide leases or other legal documents. Our meetings are for informational purposes only.

Mission: Promote, support, educate and advocate re members' best interests.

Vision: Grow membership, represent rental real estate in the most positive way and influence change for more effective rental policies.
