Primrose Midland offers Independent Villas, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments.
The Villas are spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom townhomes with beautiful yards, great covered porches and unique all season rooms. Each has single car garage and the monthly rent includes the use of all of the following great amenities: movie theater, library, wellness center, beauty salon, pub and several lounges throughout the community. Also included are the utilities (heat, electric, water, sewer and garbage), home cooked meals, cable, individually controlled heat and AC, housekeeping services, scheduled transportation, and so much more.
We will provide a variety of services and levels of care on our main campus. Our goal is for our residents to do as much as they can for themselves, but our 24 hour staff is always here to help if needed. Our residents will enjoy being able to age in place, knowing that whatever happens, our caring staff is on hand. One and two bedroom apartments will be available in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
