Sandlot is a growing apparel decoration company located in the Great Lakes Bay region. Our team specializes in corporate branding, team spirit wear, custom uniforms, and casual dress apparel, as well as offering promotional products, team equipment, fundraising, event apparel, and online stores that will “Create Solutions” for all of your apparel and equipment needs.


Sandlot was created by Adam McCauley and Ryan Dost in 2008. In a small 400 square foot building in Bay City, MI. Ryan and Adam worked tirelessly building a company the community could be proud of. The owners feel that supporting our community and lifting up others is an integral part of the business. Sandlot contributes through donations to schools and organizations as well as helping to fundraise for various groups around Michigan. Many of our employees volunteer within the region to help others through our non-profit Sandlot Shares.


Fast forward 15+ years later and Sandlot has gone from a two man tee shirt shop to a company with 30+ employees, 3 retail locations and a production facility in the Great Lakes By Region. In 2017, Sandlot was awarded the Best Small Business in Michigan by the Small Business Association of Michigan. In 2024, Sandlot was named one of 50 Michigan Businesses to Watch!
