My online talent acquisition platform is about solving a 3 sided problem in talent acquisition solutions market by fully embracing the two--sided stakeholder engagement.
1 - I am creating a regional job board that drives user engagement enough to keep job seeker attention despite the lower rate of employers than bigger platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter etc. This keeps costs lower for local employers with high turnover roles encouraging them to look local to solve local problems - keeping tax dollars within the state.
2 - I aim to keep costs local and lower for high turnover rolls allowing local small businesses to stay open and present themselves online to get the conversion rates they need to hire the local employees they need. My go-to-market is on face to face lower to minimum wage roles.
3 - I am to do all this by mainly solving the issue for job seekers in an rapidly evolving talent acquisition market that leaves them almost completely bereft of actionable data while totally required to continue participating in a process that is demonstrably not benefiting them usually. I am doing this on my platform by creating 2 sides for job seeking users. Side 1 is a basic job platform that local employers can post from that includes no ATS, only applicants resume created on their computer and given directly to HR. Also on the other side for applicants is a ''rate your hiring process'' section where you are able to answer specific actionable questions that give specific actionable data points to future job seekers. Questions such as ---- which platform did you apply from, how much time passed between when you started applying and when you heard back about next steps, how many interviews did you face -- and more.

The idea is that whether job seekers got the job or were immediately rejected they can have FAR better context on what might have gone right or wrong, which allows them to stay engaged in the job market AND allows employers to better understand how to engage them --- all while not over taxing already tapped out HR or employer staff. A 2 sided market, fully embraced creates solutions for 3 to 4 different players in the market as we see it.
