Tri-City Cheese & Meats, Inc. is a family-owned wholesale food distributor and manufacturer based in Kawkawlin, Michigan. Founded in 1984, we are also the company behind Troll Smokehouse, our growing line of handcrafted smoked meats and specialty products.
From our USDA-inspected facility, we produce Troll Smokehouse snack sticks, jerky, summer sausage, bratwurst, smoked meats, and other specialty items sold through retailers across the region and shipped nationwide at trollsmokehouse.com.
Tri-City Cheese & Meats also self-distributes throughout Michigan and surrounding states, serving more than 400 independent grocers, convenience and party stores, delis, institutions, and fundraising organizations. In addition to Troll Smokehouse, we distribute trusted brands including Williams Cheese, Koegel’s, Bellview Foods, and Walnut Creek Foods.
