My name is Kennedi Ruhlman and I am a Licensed Master level Clinical Social worker who has a passion for serving each individual I work with to my full potential. I have a background of working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and more in adolescents and adults. I have a passion for working with women's issues, specifically perinatal and postpartum disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and more when working with individuals. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) to better serve mother's and soon to be mother's.
